TERMS: The prices for services listed below are only a general guideline!  Pricing may vary for each individual job dependent upon size and complexity of the project, time and labor. Every design request is evaluated by our creative team and a final quote is proposed with an estimated turnaround time. KLK Multimedia reserves the right to change the proposal if the project changes or deviates from the original terms and agreement after design and production has begun. At that point, the client will receive an updated quote.

Once a proposal has been agreed upon, a 25% deposit is required before production will begin. This 25% deposit is non-refundable. Once initial payment has been received (cash, check or money order), the design process begins and the client will usually receive a 1st round of proofs within 24-72 hours. Depending upon the nature of the design project, proofs may consist of sketches, rough drafts or developed design examples. Revisions are generally included for every project, but are outlined in detail in the original proposal. Additional revisions may purchased if needed. Once the client has chosen the final design/product and is fully satisfied with the results, final payment is due. Once the remaining 75% payment is received in full, the final design(s) will be sent to the client in high-resolution files (either via e-mail attachments and/or hard copy, compact disc). KLK Multimedia will provide the final corresponding files in several appropriate formats for the client’s usage, which may include .pdf, .jpg, .gif, .eps, tiff, .psd or .ai format. KLK Multimedia will prepare the final files according to any other requests or preferences specified by the client. KLK Multimedia reserves the right to modify any of the above guidelines for payment and procedure in order to accommodate unique projects or requests. We also offer rush services available for additional fees. Advance payment will also speed up the turnaround time of any project.

Basic Logo $100.00
This pricing applies to clients who know exactly what they want. You will receive several variations of your concept designed to your specifications. You then may choose your final logo from the 1st set of proofs or request 1 free round of revisions. Revisions include only minor changes or modifications. A complete re-design or fresh concept is subject to a new pricing agreement.

Premium Logo $250.00
This pricing applies to clients who are in need of concept development for their logo as well as design. We will provide you with a variety of creative solutions, sketches and choices in your 1st round of proofs. At this stage you may provide feedback or specifications based on the 1st proofs provided to you. We can also help you narrow the choices, pick a creative direction or stylistic approach. You are then entitled to several rounds of revisions until your logo design is complete and you are fully satisfied.

Basic Business Cards (1-sided) $100.00
This pricing applies to clients who already have a fully designed logo or idea. You will initially receive a 1st set of proofs, consisting of several choices for your business card, designed to your specifications. You then may choose a final design from the 1st set of proofs or request 1 free round of revisions. Revisions include only minor changes or modifications. A complete re-design or fresh concept is subject to a new pricing agreement. 2-sided business card designs are available for an additional $25.00 fee.

Premium Business Cards (1 or 2-sided) $250.00
This pricing applies to clients who do not have a logo and/or need assistance with concept development. You will initially receive a 1st set of proofs consisting of several design solutions and sketches for your business card. At this stage you may provide feedback or specifications based on the 1st proofs provided to you. We can also help you narrow the choices, pick a creative direction or stylistic approach. You are then entitled to several rounds of revisions until your business card design is complete and you are fully satisfied.

Starter Package - Premium Logo and Business card $350.00
This pricing applies to clients who are in need of concept development and design for a logo and corresponding business card (1 or 2-sided). We will provide you with a variety of creative solutions and designs for your logo in your 1st round of proofs. You are then entitled to several rounds of revisions until your logo design is complete. We will then design a business card concept that compliments your logo taking any of your specifications into consideration. You will receive several design examples to choose from in your 1st set of proofs. You are also entitled to several revisions to the business card until you are happy with the results.

        Add letterhead to your order for only $49.95. We will adapt your completed logo into professional,         company letterhead, designed to your specifications. Several revisions are included until you are
        fully satisfied with the results.

        Envelopes $29.95
        Add custom designed envelopes to your order for only $29.95. We will develop one business
        envelope concept that is complimentary to your logo, designed to your specifications. Several         revisions are included until you are fully satisfied with the results.

        Other Stationery, Forms, etc. $29.95 & Up
        We can accommodate any other requests you might have for stationery, invoices, forms, labels,
        magnets, note pads, etc. Any corresponding stationery needed for your business will be designed
        to your specifications with 2 rounds of revisions included. Pricing will be determined based upon
        exact needs.

Flyers and Advertisements $100.00 & Up
This pricing applies to clients who are in need of a flyer or advertisement for print or on-line marketing. We can design phone book, newspaper or magazine ads. You may also consider printed flyers, handbills or direct mail to promote your business or event. Pricing is determined upon the variables of the project and client needs. However, most flyers or ads begin at only $100.00. Approximately 2 rounds of revisions included.

Posters (8.5 x 11) $200.00 & Up
This pricing applies to clients who are in need of a custom designed full-color poster for major event promotion. We are capable of producing beautiful posters for entertainment events, concerts, theater, benefits, festivals, etc. Most poster pricing begins at $200.00. Posters requiring unique illustrations are priced accordingly. An additional fee may apply to larger format posters, ie. 11 x 17). Approximately 3 rounds of revisions included.

Custom Invitations $75.00 - $200.00
This pricing applies to clients who desire a custom invitation tailored to their unique event. Whether it be a corporate event, a wedding or a Sweet Sixteen, we can develop a personalized design for you or your business. Your complete text will be required for typesetting, but we can provide additional assistance with copy writing. Invitations requiring unique illustrations are priced accordingly. Additional fees apply to corresponding stationery, ie. envelopes, respond cards, programs, etc. Approximately 3 rounds of revisions included.

Greeting Cards $100.00 & Up
This pricing applies to clients interested in original artwork, design or illustration for a unique greeting card. We will design your idea according to your specifications to achieve the desired style or look. We can also assist in concept development. You will receive your 1st set of proofs which include several developed sketches. You are then entitled to approximately 2 rounds of revisions. If you’re a greeting card company or sell original greeting cards as part of your business, exclusive rights are available for purchase.

Brochures $250.00 - $400.00
This pricing applies to clients who would like pamphlets, bi-fold or tri-fold brochures. We can help develop a concept for your brochure or promotional material that is informative yet attractive in design. As a client, you will need to provide any corresponding copy, photography or images you want included in your brochure. We can provide additional direction in copy writing, graphics and royalty free stock photography options. We will design the brochure according to your specifications and provide you with your 1st set of proofs. You are then entitled to several rounds of revisions until your brochure is complete and you are fully satisfied. Pricing varies according to size of brochure. Additional panels require extra fees.

CD and DVD Packaging $200.00 - $600.00
This pricing applies to clients, musicians or artists who need original CD/DVD artwork for covers, jackets or foldout inserts. We can help develop a unique concept for your CD or DVD packaging utilizing photography, graphics and/or illustration. As a client, you will need to provide any corresponding copy, liner notes, photography or images you want included in the artwork. We will design the CD or DVD artwork according to your specifications and provide you with your 1st set of proofs. You are then entitled to several rounds of revisions until your product is complete and you are fully satisfied. Pricing varies according to size or complexity of project. Foldout CD/DVD inserts with multiple panels are most costly. A simple CD layout including front and back artwork begins at $200.00.

T-Shirt Design $100.00 - $200.00
This pricing applies to clients interested in original artwork for t-shirts for personal use or re-sale. We will design your idea according to your specifications to achieve the desired style or look. We can also assist in concept development. You will receive your 1st set of proofs which include several developed sketches. You are then entitled to approximately 2 rounds of revisions. If you’re a t-shirt company or sell original t-shirts as part of your business, exclusive rights are available for purchase.

Starter Web Design Package $500.00 and Up
This pricing applies to clients who would like a basic informational website. This package is recommended for small businesses or individuals who would like a presence on the web. Pricing begins at $500 for a starter package and includes the development and design of approx. 5-6 pages. We will create a main page and 4-5 inside pages designed to your specifications. We provide concept development and direction with content, layout and visual aids. As a client, you will need to provide any text, information or images you want included in the design. You will receive sketches and a 1st proof within 3-5 business days. You are then entitled to several rounds of revisions until the site is complete, functional and designed to your satisfaction. You may purchase additional features for your starter package including extra pages, flash intro, flash content, photo galleries, paypal shopping, etc. Prices will vary for add-ons. Web maintenance available for monthly fee.

Premium Web Design Package $800.00 and Up
This pricing applies to clients who require a larger informational website. This package is recommended for small to mid-size businesses. The premium package includes the development and design of approx. 10-15 pages. We will create a main page and 9-14 inside pages designed to your specifications. We provide concept development and direction with content, layout and other visual aids. As a client, you will also need to provide any text, information or images you want included in the design. You will receive sketches and a 1st proof within 3-5 business days. You are then entitled to several rounds of revisions until the site is complete, functional and designed to your satisfaction. You may purchase additional features for your premium package such as extra pages, flash animation, photo galleries, paypal shopping, etc. Prices will vary for add-ons. Web maintenance available for monthly fee.

Currently, we offer many features available to enhance your website. Some of these extras include animated Flash elements (Flash intro page, header, animated buttons, etc.), music, sound effects, paypal shopping, guestbooks, submission forms and more. If you are new to the web, we can also provide assistance with domain registration, hosting and account setup. We will help submit your URL to search engines or provide marketing and advertising tips for those clients who need direction. Monthly website maintenance is also available. Pricing is determined based on size of website and client needs.

At KLK Multimedia, we generally specialize in design for informational websites servicing small businesses and individuals. We primarily design our websites with HTML, Dreamweaver and Flash. If you are a large company in the market for a more complex website utilizing advanced programming, interactive features or e-commerce, we may be able to suggest a more appropriate web design agency who can execute your project. As KLK Multimedia expands, we hope to offer additional services in commercial web design and interactive media in the near future.

If you have a project that is not specified in the above price list, please contact KLK Multimedia for a custom quote and we will try to accommodate your design needs. Other design services are available for packaging, product labels, restaurant menus, apparel, book design and illustration, signage, etc.
